All new Validated Customers in 2021 will be on version 2.0 of this ad-hoc rate card. All existing customers prior to January 1, 2020 will be on version 1 until a formal written notice with applicable notice period for ad-hoc rate changes.

Ad-hoc Quality or Validation resource: $172.00 per hour

Ad-hoc Senior Quality Validation resource: $198.00 per hour

Ad-hoc Computer System Validation resource (CSV): $160.00 per hour

Ad-hoc Senior Computer System Validation resource (CSV): $192.00 per hour

Technical:

Ad-hoc support technician: $150.00 per hour

Ad-hoc support Infrastructure technician: $198.00 per hour

Ad-hoc support Architect: $245.00 per hour

Ad-hoc support networking or DBA technician: $198.00 per hour

Ad-hoc support senior networking or DBA technician: $222.00 per hour

Ad-hoc Project Management support: $200 per hour

Ad-hoc support Security Analyst: $168.00 per hour

Ad-hoc support Security Architect: $235.00 per hour

These are not project rates. Project rates may vary depending on the scope and duration of the project. These rates are for activities not covered by subscribed services or other out of scope activities. All other positions and roles are to be determined. Please contact Validated Cloud for applicable rates.

Validated Cloud Ad-hoc Rate Card as of the Effective Date of the Validated Cloud Hosting Agreement and agree that the same is incorporated in and is part of the Agreement – with the exception noted above for existing customers still on version 1.

Most typical activities are included in the Validated Cloud PaaS services. Typical activities that incur a charge are restorations from backup and changes to the security framework (e.g. firewall changes). Ask Validated Cloud sales team for a comprehensive list of included services.
